Pricing questions
What happens when I run out of credits?
On a paid plan, buy more credits or enable auto-reload when your balance falls below a set threshold. If you use all the credits on Free, upgrade to continue.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan gives you 5,000 credits to test the service. For Enterprise plans, we offer a 14-day trial with full access to all features.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers for Enterprise plans, and can issue invoices for annual contracts.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Enterprise plans offer custom volume pricing. Contact sales with your expected usage.
Do credits expire?
Your plan's credits reset each time your plan renews, and unused plan credits don't carry over. Credits you buy separately, as a one-time purchase or through auto-reload, expire after 12 months.
